Refund & Return Policy

At CalibarHQ, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of our business, we are unable to accept physical returns. However, we've got you covered in the following situations:

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at reecethekidd7@gmail.com with a photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund — your choice.

Lost or Undelivered Orders If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days of your shipping confirmation, contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier. If the order is confirmed lost, we'll reship or refund in full.

Wrong Item Received If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right with a replacement or full refund.

All Other Cases All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or sizing issues, so please review product details carefully before purchasing.
